AUTOMATIC VACUUM SEAMER

The automatic vacuum seamer mod. F60V consists of two casting monoblocks.
The base is made of AISI 316 casting stainless steel.
The weight of the AISI 316 gives the machine greater stability and the stainless steel guards against corrosive products such as sugar, salt and vinegar.
The upper head is made from cast iron with Nickel surface plating.
The height of the head is adjustable through two vertical columns, which allows quick and frequent changeovers.
All of the motorization gears are lubricated in an oil bath.
The machine can work with can diameters ranging from 52 mm to 99 mm and with heights of between 28 mm to 108 mm.
A 3 kW motor connected with an inverter enables the capacity to be adjusted by means of a potentiometer in the control panel.
The seamer operation is made with stationary can system.
