SEMI-AUTOMATIC VACUUM SEAMER

The machine has a castiron frame with hardened steel components to reduce friction to minimum ensuring long life, perfect functioning and optimal seaming.

The kind of seaming is “rotating can”.

The seamer’s working is totally mechanic.

The seaming cycle opening is powered with a yellow push-button in the switchboard.

Each cycle takes about 10 seconds.

The standard unit is suitable to seam cans having diameters variable from 52,4mm to 155mm and a maximum height of 260mm.

For different diameters and heights, it’s necessary to consult our technical office.

The Seamer has an adjustable vacuum regulator and can reach the maximum value of vacuum in a few seconds.

On request, the machine can be supplied with gas injection. The injection is adjustable in quantity and capacity.
