B120 - F120 Automatic Seamer
The B120/F120 seamer is composed of two cast blocks: The lower base is made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
AISI 316 was chosen to guarantee that corrosive products such as sugar, salt, vinegar and other highly aggressive substances cause no damage, and also facilitates washing.
The head is made of cast iron with electroless nickel plating. Internally, all drive components are lubricated in an oil bath.
It has two vertical sliding columns to adjust the height (fixed feed belt), which means format changeovers are quick and easy.
The machine is driven by a 3 kW motor coupled to an inverter, and a potentiometer on the control panel can adjust the production rate from 30 to 95 cpm.
