F60V Vacuum Automatic Seamer
STATIONARY can VACUUM seaming. The F60 seamer is composed of two cast
blocks: The base is made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
AISI 316 was chosen to guarantee that corrosive products such as sugar, salt, vinegar and other highly aggressive substances cause no damage, and also facilitates washing.
The head is made of cast iron, the surface of which is treated with electroless nickel plating and is then painted. A version with inert gas compensation is also available.
It has two vertical sliding columns to adjust the height, which means format changeovers are very quick.
The machine is driven by a 3 kW motor coupled to an inverter, and a potentiometer on the control panel can adjust the production rate
