F70 Automatic Seamer
STATIONARY CAN seaming. The F70 seamer is built to be solid and reliable, and has been perfected on the basis of our long experience. It is supported by prompt, thorough technical assistance.
The F70 Automatic Seamer consists of two monoblocks forming the base and the head. The base is made of AISI 316 stainless steel casting, the head of cast iron with a surface treatment of nickel plating and painting. Lower base in AISI 316 stainless steel, height adjustable.
The machine has an electric speed variator (inverter), which can vary the production rate from 15 up to 60 cans per minute.
It works with the can completely stationary, has a lid feed auger that operates automatically when there is a can to be seamed, and can process aluminium ring-pull lids without difficulty.
The can feed belt has an auger to synchronise the cans.
